Who we are
Venn International is an Australian education consultancy helping schools strengthen enrolment outcomes through confident, culturally grounded and community-focused practices.
We operate across strategy, international engagement, family experience and market research, tailoring every project to reflect the identity and priorities of each school.
The name and logo reflect the shared space where schools, students, families, agents and alumni connect. It is within this intersection that trust is built, transitions are supported and community is strengthened. Our Founder
Lyndall Dakic
Lyndall is an experienced admissions and international engagement leader whose career spans both Australian and Asian education sectors. She has led enrolments at one of Victoria’s leading independent schools and has worked for international schools across Asia, developing a deep understanding of family expectations, cultural values and global education pathways.
Having studied Mandarin in high school, Lyndall’s early curiosity for China led her to spend a year living there after graduation. This formative experience sparked a long-term connection with the region and a passion for international education. She has since lived in China on three separate occasions, managed schools across Asia, and travelled extensively throughout the region, giving her a strong, practical understanding of diverse cultures and education systems.
Lyndall brings together cultural intelligence, strategic clarity and genuine warmth. She is known for building trusted relationships with agents, alumni and school communities, and for helping schools bring structure, insight and connection to their enrolment strategies. Her work is always grounded in delivering confident, well-supported experiences for families.
Venn International reflects her belief that strong relationships, cultural understanding and thoughtful strategy create meaningful opportunities for students, families and schools.
